Policies

Please note our following policies:

- Two night minimum stay

- Single or Double occupancy only 

- Due to the comfort of all our guests we cannot accommodate pets​​

- Check in is from 3:00 - 9:00 pm.  We cannot accommodate early

   check ins.

-There is no smoking allowed on the property of Hudson Manor


Cancellation Policy:

- All cancelled reservations are subject to a $25 booking fee.


- Reservations cancelled at least 28 days prior to the check-in  date: Full refund to guest     

   minus $25 booking fee.


- Reservations cancelled 15 to 27 days in advance: Innkeeper receives a cancellation fee    

   equal to the first night's lodging (net amount plus tax); remainder is returned to guest.


 - Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in: No refund to guest; innkeeper is  

   paid as though the guest had stayed the entire reservation.

        

- No-shows: No refund to guest; innkeeper is paid as though the guest had stayed the 

   entire reservation.
